Consultant Foundations 101 

Consultant Foundations 101 is the on ramp for subject matter experts in any field who know their topic cold and have no idea how to turn that knowledge into a paid speaking or consulting business. This is the “you clearly know your stuff, now let's get you paid for it” course. It does not teach your subject matter. It assumes you already have real expertise and teaches the business of speaking and consulting on top of it.

Who it's for: 

•     Consultants, coaches, and subject matter experts in any industry who already have real expertise and want to add speaking and consulting revenue.

•     Former practitioners, managers, or specialists building a second act business around what they already know.

•     Early stage speakers who've given a talk or two but have no repeatable system for getting booked or paid.

Who it's NOT for: 

•     People who haven't yet built subject-matter expertise, this course starts after that point, not before.

•     Established, actively touring speakers — that's what 201/301 are for!
